Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how and when we dispatch and deliver your ELUMÉ^™ order. For issues with parcels that are lost or do not arrive, please also see Section 6 of our Return & Refund Policy.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is dispatched.

2. Delivery Timeframes

• Singapore (local): typically 2–4 business days after dispatch.
• Processing + delivery together usually means your order arrives within about a week of ordering.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to courier volumes, weather, or other factors outside our control.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, and any free-shipping threshold, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay.

4. Tracking

Where tracking is available, we will provide a tracking reference by email so you can follow your parcel's progress.

5. Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional shipping charges may apply).

6. International Orders

Where we ship outside Singapore, delivery timeframes exclude customs clearance, which is outside our control. Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

7. Lost or Undelivered Parcels

If your parcel does not arrive, or tracking shows it as delivered but you have not received it, please contact info@elume.sg within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Return & Refund Policy.
